Shipping Policy
Every MohAmmo garment is inspected, logged, and sealed before dispatch. This policy outlines how and when units are shipped, tracked, and delivered.
Processing Time (Before Dispatch)
All orders undergo inspection and documentation before shipping.
Processing time:
1–3 business days after the order is placed.
During high-volume waves or limited drops, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your unit has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Australia (Domestic)

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Carrier: Australia Post
“Business days” do not include weekends or public holidays.
International Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 7–30 business days (varies by country & customs)

Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, or Australia Post International
Some regions may experience extended customs clearance times.
Shipping Costs
Australia
Shipping for Armours and PATHS is covered by MohAmmo.
Other items may include small shipping charges at checkout.
International

Customer covers international shipping costs.

Shipping over $30 AUD will have 50% of the excess cost discounted by MohAmmo (up to $30 AUD).
Example: if shipping is $50 → MohAmmo covers $10.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
Order Tracking
All orders receive a unique tracking number once dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the parcel.
If tracking has not updated after 3 days:

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to MohAmmo due to:

incorrect address
-
failure to collect
-
refusal of delivery
…reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
MohAmmo cannot redirect parcels once they have been shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer, but MohAmmo will assist where possible.
If your parcel is lost or severely delayed:

Contact the carrier with your tracking number

with:

- your order number
- tracking link
- carrier reference number (if given)
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of estimated delivery date.
Stolen packages (marked “delivered” but not present) require:

a police report

delivery confirmation from the carrier
MohAmmo will assist but cannot guarantee compensation unless the carrier accepts the claim.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
MohAmmo does not cover:

VAT
-
import charges
-
customs clearance fees
-
refusal of customs packages
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs, shipping fees are not refunded.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged:

record photos and video of the parcel before opening

email transmission@mohammo.com within 48 hours
- We document every unit before dispatch and will assist in resolving carrier damage claims.
Pre-Order / Limited Wave Units
If a product is marked as a pre-order or part of a limited wave, dispatch times will be listed on the product page. Shipping estimates begin once the unit is processed.
