Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your garment to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, all garments must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • free of marks, odor, sweat, or pet hair

  • unwashed and unaltered

  • returned with all tags, insignias, and packaging (including specs flap)

  • in original condition as issued

Garments returned without meeting these requirements will be declined.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Email: transmission@mohammo.com

Include:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photos/videos of the garment and any issues

  4. Unboxing evidence (for damaged/fault claims, within 48 hours of delivery)

Once reviewed, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.
Do not ship items back without approval. They will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: customer covers return shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect items: MohAmmo covers return shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.

 

Damaged, Faulted, or Incorrect Items

If the garment arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos/videos of the issue, packaging, and labels

We document every garment before dispatch.
After review, MohAmmo may offer:

  • replacement

  • exchange

  • refund

  • store credit

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • sale or discounted items

  • gift cards

  • custom / made-to-order items

  • heavily worn garments

  • items returned without tags or insignia

 

Exchanges

The fastest way is:

  1. Return the garment after approval

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may return orders within 14 days for any reason, provided the garment is unworn, unused, and includes all packaging and tags.

Inspection & Refunds

All returns undergo MohAmmo quality inspection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

  • Banks and card providers may require extra time to finalize posting

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact:

If a return fails inspection:

  • You will be notified

  • The item will be returned to you at your cost

  • No refund will be issued
